Living Seawalls
Living Seawalls aims to revolutionise how we think about building in oceans around the globe.
Founded in Sydney in 2018, Living Seawalls builds on 20 years of scientific research. It is one of Sydney Institute of Marine Science’s (SIMS) flagship programs, in collaboration with Reef Design Lab (RDL).
Specifically for Project Restore we will be installing Living Seawall panels at our 2 seascape restoration sites as well as 2 single habitat sites.
These sites include:
- Balmain
- Rose Bay
- Vaucluse Bay (Seascape Restoration site)
- Watsons Bay Baths (Seascape Restoration site)
